Job summary

Nexv Manufacturing Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is hiring a Quality Engineer with an Automotive background to ensure products meet strict specifications and quality standards. The role focuses on monitoring production quality, implementing QC plans, and driving improvements across processes.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering and has exposure to IATF 16949. Automotive experience is an added advantage, with opportunities to work on supplier audits and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• Automotive background is an added advantage (1–2 years).
• IATF 16949:2016 knowledge or experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor and control production quality processes.
• Implement and maintain quality control plans and procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects.
• Work with suppliers to ensure incoming material quality.
• Support supplier audits and performance monitoring.
• Prepare quality reports, analysis, and documentation.
• Maintain records related to quality performance and audits.
• Support internal and external audits (IATF, ISO).
• Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards.
