• Completed training in quality management, production safety, motor design, or enterprise management.
• Experience in quality management, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leadership position.
• Familiar with quality management standards and tools, including IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, 8D, BIQS, and AIAG 6 Tools.
