Job summary

TT Vision Technologies Sdn Bhd in Penang, Malaysia is seeking an Assistant Manager / Section Head / Senior Engineer in the Quality department. You will lead the ISO 9001 QMS, manage audits, CAPA, and drive continuous improvement across quality, safety, and ESG initiatives.

You will supervise QA & QMS personnel, ensure compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives. A relevant engineering/quality degree and strong leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Must have Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• Experience in Quality Assurance, QMS, auditing and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001; ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Manage internal and external audits, CAPA, and customer complaints.
• Oversee outgoing machine quality inspections and buyoff activities.
• Drive quality improvement, risk management and process optimization.
• Manage document control, quality records and calibration systems.
• Lead 6S implementation and promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Support OSH programs, risk assessments and safety compliance.
• Lead ESG and sustainability initiatives including environmental reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve quality, safety and business goals.
• Coach, develop and supervise QA & QMS personnel.

Job description

Assistant Manager, Section Head, Senior Engineer in the Quality department, reporting to the Chief Administration Officer. This role leads and maintains quality management systems, manages audits and continuous improvement initiatives, and oversees quality inspections and compliance activities.

Key responsibilities

Lead and maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System

Manage internal and external audits, CAPA, and customer complaints

Oversee outgoing machine quality inspections and buyoff activities

Drive quality improvement, risk management, and process optimization initiatives

Manage document control, quality records, and calibration systems

Support Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) programs, risk assessments, and safety compliance

About you

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
