COREFLOX MY SDN. BHD. is seeking a leader to establish, implement, and continuously improve the company’s Quality Management System. The role covers ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and QC 080000, and requires driving audits, management reviews, and CAPA follow-up.

You will develop standardized quality processes, including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA and SPC, and collaborate across R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Warehouse and Project Delivery to ensure compliance and product traceability.

• Ability to conduct audits and management reviews.
• Strong focus on continuous improvement and standardization of processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead establishment and improvement of QMS covering ISO standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, QC 080000).
• Manage company-wide quality documentation, procedures, workflows and compliance requirements.
• Lead internal, certification and customer audits, management reviews, and CAPA follow-up.
• Develop and standardize quality processes and core tools including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA and SPC.
• Develop cross-functional processes across R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Warehouse and Project Delivery.
• Ensure compliance with RoHS, REACH and Halogen-Free standards.
• Establish quality standards for liquid cooling products including testing and traceability.
• Conduct quality system training, identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare quality system, audit, compliance and performance reports for management review.

Lead the establishment, implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s Quality Management System, covering ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and QC 080000.

Manage company-wide quality documentation, procedures, workflows and compliance requirements.

Lead internal, certification and customer audits, management reviews, and corrective/preventive action follow-up.

Establish and standardize quality processes and core tools, including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA and SPC.

Develop and optimize cross-functional processes across R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Warehouse and Project Delivery.

Ensure compliance with applicable industry and customer requirements, including RoHS, REACH and Halogen-Free standards.

Establish quality and compliance standards for liquid cooling products, including fluid control, pressure/leak testing, corrosion protection and product traceability.

Conduct quality system training, identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Prepare quality system, audit, compliance and performance reports for management review.
