Jora Malaysia is seeking a Quality System Analyst to support the Integrated Management System (IMS), including Quality and Environmental management. You will help implement, maintain, and continually improve processes and documentation.

The Quality System Analyst supports the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS), including Quality, Environmental, and other applicable management systems. This role involves planning and conducting internal audits, developing and maintaining quality documentation, monitoring performance indicators, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality, environmental, and compliance issues.
Support the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS), including Quality, Environmental, and other applicable management systems
Plan, conduct, document, and follow up on internal audits, including tracking corrective actions through verification and closure
Develop, review, and maintain Quality Procedures (QPs), Work Instruction Procedures (WIPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other IMS documentation
Review and process document change requests in accordance with document control requirements
Monitor and analyze departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and support corrective and preventive action activities
Support continual improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the IMS
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality, environmental, and compliance issues
Provide training and guidance on IMS requirements, procedures, and best practices
Support customer, certification, regulatory, and third-party audits
Maintain current knowledge of applicable ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Environmental Science, Information Systems, or a related field required
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience supporting Quality, Environmental, Information Security, or other Management Systems in a manufacturing and/or high-tech environment
Experience supporting Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), or Information Security Management System (ISMS) activities, including audits, document control, corrective actions, or process improvement
Basic to intermediate knowledge of international management system standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, AS9100, or IATF 16949
Internal Auditor certification is preferred; Lead Auditor certification is an advantage
Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, including CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, risk assessment, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, customers, suppliers, and external auditors
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and document management systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work effectively, and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment
