CHARDIKALA LOGISTICS SDN BHD is seeking a Quality Health Safety Security Executive to develop, maintain and improve the company’s QMS, IMS and security management practices. The role focuses on compiling SOPs, work instructions and forms, and ensuring alignment with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 18788:2015.

You will coordinate audits, assist top management in policy development, and drive continual improvement while ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Administration, Management, QHSE or HR
• Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 18788) is a plus
• Fresh graduates with internship in document control and quality systems welcome
• Experience in QHSE, quality assurance, document control, risk assessment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Compile, maintain, and improve documentation and management systems
• Establish, implement, maintain IMS compliance to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 18788:2015
• Prepare audit plans for ISO audits and submit reports on time
• Review QHSE requirements and prepare necessary documents

QUALITY HEALTH SAFETY SECURITY EXECUTIVE

This role involves compiling, maintaining, and improving documentation and management systems for the organisation. You will establish, implement, and continually improve compliance with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015), Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (ISO 45001:2018), and Management System for Private Security Operations (ISO 18788:2015).

Key responsibilities

Compile and maintain documentation including SOP, SIS Flowchart, Procedures, Work Instruction, Forms, Letters and any documentation within the Company

Review and improve documents required by QMS ISO 9001/IATF 16949 including Quality Manual, standard operating procedures (SOP), work instructions (WI) and the associate implementation forms/check sheets

Establish, implement, maintain, and continually improve Integrated Management System (IMS) compliance to Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015), Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (ISO 45001:2018), and Management System for Private Security Operations (ISO 18788:2015)

Prepare audit plans for ISO audits and audit reports and submit within the required timeline

Enhance continual improvement of the management system and the assurance of conformity to applicable statutory and regulatory requirements

Assist top management in developing and improving company policies according to the standard, organisation, customer, and legal requirements

Review QHSE requirements and prepare necessary documents

About you

Degree or Diploma in Administration, Management, QHSE, HR or in any related field

Knowledge and experience in ISO standards and quality management systems is a plus

Fresh graduates with internship experience in document control, SOP, procedures, work instruction and quality system management are welcomed to apply

Experience in QHSE, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Document Controlling, Risk Assessment and ISO is a plus
