Agensi Pekerjaan Global Density Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Junior QSHE Executive to help maintain high safety, quality and compliance standards across sites. You will support ISO systems, conduct risk assessments and contribute to a safety culture, while ensuring DOSH and DOE compliance.

The role requires 1–2 years in QSHE or related fields, with knowledge of ISO standards and strong English/Bahasa Malaysia communication. Travel to sites may be required and Microsoft Office proficiency is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or degree in OSH, environmental science, engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years QSHE, safety or compliance experience.
• Knowledge of ISO standards, DOSH/DOE requirements.
• Able to conduct audits, risk assessments and investigations.
• Strong report writing and bilingual English/Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

A Junior QSHE Executive are to help maintain high standards of safety, quality and compliance across all sites. You will support the company ISO systems, carry out risk assessments and help build a safety culture for the people can rely on every day, while keeping it compliant with DOSH, DOE and other industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

Maintain ISO systems, support and lead internal and external audits

Drive safety programmes, risk assessments and incident investigations

Ensure compliance with DOSH, DOE and other regulatory requirements

Champion environmental and sustainability initiatives

Build a strong safety culture through training and awareness

About you

Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Engineering or a related field

1–2 years of experience in QSHE, safety or compliance-related roles

Working knowledge of ISO standards, DOSH and DOE requirements

Able to conduct audits, risk assessments (HIRARC) and incident investigations

Good report writing and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Willing to travel to sites when required
