Key Responsibilities
To lead Quality Supervisors, Quality Technicians, Quality Inspectors and Quality Assistants in assessing and monitoring the quality performance of incoming materials, online productions and finished products.
Ensure the maintaining of housekeeping practice at work site by subordinate, safe work procedures are practiced by subordinate and to update on any safety violations / hazards on a timely basis to Superiors.
Guide Quality team members in carrying out inspection and testing of material in accordance with the established quality standards.
Ensuring all maintained and retained documents are up to date and updated as per established procedures.
Ensure all related equipment and tools in use are licensed and in good serviceable condition with traceable service records.
Ensure Standard Reference Samples and Quality Retention samples are stored and updated according to the written procedure and standard compliance.
Lead in product complaint investigation and any deviation of non-conformity and act as main communicator with others stakeholder on any non-conformance or quality related matters.
Release all approved material / product and reject all non-conforming material / product.
Adhere to the requirements of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, GMP, Halal and all others applicable standards.
Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
Key Requirement, Experience & Skills
Minimum a degree in Industrial Chemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Cosmetics or science background.
At least 3 years' experience in quality field.
Preferable 2 years' experience in cosmetic line industries is preferable with exposure in bulk management, bulk & process troubleshooting, Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and customer complaint.
Basic Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel & Outlook).
Ability to communicate effectively through oral & written communications.
