Jora Malaysia is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance/Control professional to lead CAPA initiatives and manage the customer complaint process, ensuring timely responses and full closure tracking across departments.
You will conduct sensory evaluation sessions to verify product quality against specifications, publish regular quality performance reports, support audit readiness, and drive continuous improvements through data analysis and training for the QC team.

Resolve quality-related issues promptly by coordinating corrective / preventive actions (CAPA) between relevant process owners.
Manage customer complaint process, ensuring responses are delivered within defined timeframes and that all feedback is tracked to final closure.
Manage sensory evaluation sessions to ensure finished products meet customer expectations and specifications.
Analyze complaint data to identify significant trends, present these insights to the production team to drive ongoing improvements.
Publish regular reports on product quality performance for relevant departments, providing actionable recommendations to optimize production processes.
Conduct regular product traceability exercises regarding non-conformances to identify and document root causes.
Compile and maintain all necessary procedures and records to support audit team, ensuring a seamless and effective audit process.
Review and validate quality control programs on annual basis to ensure the monitoring system remains robust and effective.
Identify training needs for the QC team and establish on-job training programs to enhance overall work competency and technical proficiency.
Professional qualification: minimum degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role, preferably within manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of quality management systems, root cause analysis tools, and sensory evaluation methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to coordinate across departments, strong analytical mindset.
