Job summary

PEPS SANLY JV SDN. BHD. is seeking a Quality Engineering professional to ensure products and manufacturing processes meet customer, OEM, regulatory, and internal quality requirements from development through mass production.

You will develop controls for critical characteristics, analyze production issues with root-cause methods, coordinate with internal and external parties, and lead supplier audits and MSA/gauge development.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in quality engineering or QMS.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, and core quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).
• Experience handling customer audits, third-party audits, and certification processes.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Degree/Master in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Quality, or related field).
• Working experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in quality engineering or QMS, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, and core quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).
• Experience in handling customer audits, third-party audits, and certification processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to implement effective CAPA.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management software/tools.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work across all departments and with external parties.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
