ADV Precision Industries Sdn Bhd is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to lead customer and supplier quality initiatives. You will drive projects from NPI to MP and EOL, establish PQP, and serve as the quality liaison with customers.

The role requires strong problem-solving, familiarity with ISO 9001/IATF 16949, ISO 14001/45001, and knowledge of Six Sigma. Proficiency with MS Office and Mandarin-English-Bahasa Malaysia communication is expected.

Formación

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.
• Six Sigma knowledge is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and QC tools knowledge.
• Analytical, planning and conceptual thinking skills.
• Proficient with MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Good English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin liaison ability.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer complaints and supplier quality queries.
• Manage projects from NPI to MP and EOL on quality aspects.
• Establish and execute PQP (Project Quality Plan).
• Be the customer quality contact window for NPI to EOL.
• Set quality standards and customer requirements.
• Support PQ team on process improvements.
• Drive informatization and industrialization plans for the dept.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/IATF standards; Six Sigma preferred.

Handle Customer Complaints and supplier quality related queries

Handle projects from NPI to MP and EOL on quality related portion.

Ensure PQP (Project Quality Plan) is established and executed.

Contact window to customer on quality related matters from NPI to MP to EOL.

Establish quality standard and requirements from customer.

Support PQ team on process improvement PQ Team

Responsible for the implementation and execution of the informatization and industrialization integration plan for this department

Familiar with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 requirements and knowledge of six sigma is preferred.

Competency Requirement:

Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements.

Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.

Knowledge of Six Sigma is preferred.

Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of the 7 QC Tools.

Analytical, planning and conceptual thinking skills.

Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, and familiarity with Microsoft Word.

Ability to communicate and liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Good oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
