Responsibilities

• Reception of domestic and foreign customer visits and factory inspections.
• Liaise with customer factory inspection and provide customer demand information.
• Pre-sales contract review and pre-customer review data preparation.
• Reception and liaison of customer supervision; accountable for inspection results.
• Coordinate arrival inspection and arrange related activities.
• Provide post-sales support; monitor customer complaint indicators.
• Coordinate product inspection and management of customer satisfaction surveys.

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer-CQE to join our team at LONGI MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. (SERENDAH) in Serendah, Selangor. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our manufacturing processes and products.

Primary Responsibility:

• Responsible for the reception of domestic and foreign customer visits and factory inspections
• Responsible for liaising of customer factory inspection and the provision of customer demand information
• Responsible for pre-sales contract review and pre-customer review data preparation
• Responsible for the reception and liaising of customer supervision, and bear full responsibility for the results of inspection
• Responsible for the coordination and arrangement of the arrival inspection of the project;
• Responsible for product after-sales support and processing, fully responsible for customer complaint indicators
• Responsible for product inspection and coordination
• Responsible for customer satisfaction survey and statistics
• Comply with and communicate the company’s EHSMS, policies, EHS objective & planning, procedures, significant environmental aspects/hazards, EHS roles, responsibilities, accountabilities and authorities, obligations, legal and other requirements, and any relevant EHS issues.
• Communicate Emergency Response Plan.
• Report any unsafe acts, unsafe conditions and EHS incidents (including near misses)

Job Scope:

• Responsible for customer factory audit, inspection, supervision and pre-inspection of factory before visit, and convening relevant personnel to meet for early rectification;
• Responsible for liaising and accompanying domestic customers in factory supervision and inspection, responsible for meals, accommodation, travel and other work-related matters of domestic customers for factory supervision and inspection
• Promote the improvement of the responsible department and issue a rectification report for the production area and product abnormalities found during the supervision of customers;
• Responsible for summarizing customer visit problems and corrective measures, regularly updating the problem handling process and sharing it with relevant departments;
• Responsible for coordinating relevant departments to conduct internal investigations, summarize and analyze the reasons for complaints, and submit quality analysis reports and distribute them to relevant departments;
• Responsible for the follow-up of the relevant processes involved in the customer complaint process, track the progress of each customer complaint and submit the tracking and handling results to the relevant departments;
• Establish customer information files to facilitate subsequent customer information tracking

Job Related Experience:

More than 3 years of relevant work experience;

Knowledge:

• Familiar with ISO9001 quality management system and process quality management.
• Familiar with the manufacturing process of photovoltaic module products
• Good communication and public relations skills;

Education:

Bachelor’s Diploma/ Degree/ Master Degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience.

Communication:

• Able to communicate with all levels in the organization.
• Work with various levels of management to establish and execute processes and systems that support and reinforce management system elements.
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
