Job summary

Solarvest Holdings Bhd. is seeking a Warehouse/Logistics Coordinator to manage daily warehouse operations, optimize receiving, storage and distribution of materials, and maintain precise inventory records.

The role requires a diploma or degree in logistics or similar, with proven warehouse experience and strong leadership abilities. Collaboration with procurement, logistics, and project teams is essential to ensure timely material availability.

• Proven experience in warehouse management or coordination.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are properly documented and processed.
• Handle discrepancies or issues related to shipping and receiving, and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare reports on inventory status, warehouse performance, and any issues that require attention.
