Job summary

Solarvest Holdings Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking an on-site Supervisor to oversee daily solar project activities, ensure quality and safety, and keep projects on schedule.

You will coordinate with clients, engineers and subcontractors, conduct site surveys, install and test equipment, and help optimize performance across projects.

The role requires strong English communication, site supervision skills, and basic electrical certification, with opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to supervise on-site solar projects.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with safety standards and on-site regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office for reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily solar project activities on site.

• Prepare and update daily site and progress reports.
