Job summary

BEST Global Logistics Technology (Malaysia) is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor for our Logistics & Warehousing operations. You will monitor daily performance, ensure service quality, and analyze data to drive timely decisions.

You will lead root-cause investigations and collaborate across functions to implement improvements, while developing KPIs and maintaining compliance in warehouse processes and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Quality Control within logistics, warehousing, or supply chain.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; data analysis tools are an added advantage.
• Good communication in Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to coordinate with stakeholders.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure effective PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) implementation.

Conduct site observations and quality assessments to maintain operational standards and compliance.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field. (Candidates with relevant Quality Control experience are encouraged to apply.)

3–5 years of experience in Quality Control within the logistics, warehousing, or supply chain industry.

Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational data.

Good communication skills in Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to coordinate effectively and manage stakeholder relationships.

Strong planning, execution, and organizational abilities.

Self-motivated, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with data analysis tools is an added advantage.
