Job summary

BEST Global Logistics Technology (Malaysia) is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor for our Logistics & Warehousing operations. You will monitor daily performance, ensure service quality, and analyze data to drive timely decisions.

You will lead root-cause investigations and collaborate across functions to implement improvements, while developing KPIs and maintaining compliance in warehouse processes and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Quality Control within logistics, warehousing, or supply chain.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; data analysis tools are an added advantage.
• Good communication in Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operational performance, service quality, and timeliness through data analysis.
• Proactively identify operational issues, investigate root causes, and recommend effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvement initiatives and ensure execution.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to support operational goals and improve warehouse efficiency and service quality.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports, analyze performance trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure effective PDCA implementation.
• Conduct site observations and quality assessments to maintain operational standards and compliance.
