Job summary

BEST GLOBAL LOGISTICS TECHNOLOGY (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD in Kuching is seeking a Station Operations Supervisor to oversee and maintain the performance and stability of stations in the area. You will monitor daily operations and ensure adherence to SOPs and KPI targets.

Travel within Kuching and nearby locations as needed; collaborate with station teams to resolve issues, analyze data with Excel, and drive service quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Willing to travel within Kuching and other locations when required.
• Responsible, proactive and able to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Good with data and basic Excel/reporting.
• Able to handle pressure and multiple tasks.
• Experience in logistics, courier, operations or station management is an advantage.

Job Requirements
