J&T Express (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. invites a Product Planning Specialist to drive operations, quality control for SDD, and lead self-pickup station projects in a fast-growing logistics environment.

You will shape system development, document requirements, and collaborate with IT to turn business needs into platform capabilities, while enabling smooth product rollouts with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, courier, or internet industries.

What You’ll Do

Handle Same-Day Delivery (SDD) Project’s Operations & Quality Control: Build and manage a robust quality framework, monitor performance data, and continuously optimize fulfillment processes to ensure top-tier service.

Drive Self-Pickup Station Projects: Oversee the full lifecycle of our self-pickup station initiatives, tracking key metrics and supporting strategic decision-making for smooth project execution.

Shape System Development Research, analyze, and evaluate business system requirements. Deliver clear product documentation and collaborate with IT to turn business needs into powerful system capabilities.

Enable Product Rollouts Partner with cross-functional teams to plan, test, and launch new product features, ensuring seamless integration into daily operations.

Collaborate with E-Commerce Platforms Act as the bridge between J&T Express and major platforms, ensuring smooth communication and efficient execution of partnership goals.

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in logistics, courier, or internet industries (project management experience is a plus).

Hands-on involvement in system or product development is preferred.

Strong goal orientation, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to thrive in diverse cultural and regional environments, driving projects forward with effective methods.
