Quality Control (QC) Specialist – CCTV & Operations

We are seeking a detail-oriented and vigilant Quality Control (QC) Specialist to monitor daily operations, ensure adherence to company standards, and maintain quality assurance through active CCTV surveillance and operational audits. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and work accuracy across our operations.

Key responsibilities

• Actively monitor live and recorded CCTV footage to evaluate staff adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and quality standards
• Identify, record, and log operational errors, policy violations, safety hazards, or workflow bottlenecks
• Conduct routine QC audits and generate daily/weekly summary reports with actionable feedback for site managers
• Collaborate with team leaders to highlight recurring issues and suggest process improvements
• Ensure equipment, physical spaces, and employee actions comply with company regulations and industry standards

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), CCTV surveillance monitoring, or loss prevention (fresh graduates are welcome to apply too!)
• Exceptional observational skills with a keen eye for subtle errors, safety violations, or procedural deviations
• Good written communication skills to prepare clear, objective audit reports
• Familiarity with CCTV operating software, video playback systems, and basic spreadsheet/documentation tools (MS Office / Google Workspace)
• Strong sense of professional ethics, confidentiality, and impartiality
• Willing to work in Shah Alam, Selangor (Seksyen 28 & Seksyen 15)
• Shift work may be required (e.g., morning/evening rotations).
• Willing to work to in Shift would be an added advantage.
