J&T Express is hiring a Quality Control (QC) Specialist focused on CCTV & Operations in Shah Alam, Selangor. The role emphasizes monitoring live and recorded CCTV, auditing processes, and reporting issues to site managers. Strong observation, reporting, and adherence to SOPs are essential.

Required 1–3 years in QC/QA or CCTV roles (fresh grads welcome). Familiarity with CCTV software and MS Office/Google Workspace is preferred; willingness to work shifts is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in QC/QA, CCTV monitoring, or loss prevention (fresh graduates welcome).
• Observational skills to detect errors, safety violations, or deviations.
• Strong written reports to produce objective audit findings.
• Familiar with CCTV software, video playback, and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Monitor live and recorded CCTV to evaluate SOPs, safety, and quality.
• Identify, log operational errors, policy violations, safety hazards, or bottlenecks.
• Conduct QC audits and generate daily/weekly reports with actionable feedback for site managers.
• Collaborate with team leaders to highlight recurring issues and suggest improvements.
• Ensure equipment, spaces, and actions comply with regulations and standards.
