Job summary

Golden Touch Space Design Sdn Bhd is seeking a site inspector to support interior fit-out and construction projects across Malaysia. You will conduct site inspections against approved drawings, prepare reports, and coordinate with contractors to close defects before handover.

The role requires at least one year of experience, ability to read drawings and specifications, and travel to project sites. CIDB registration or willingness to obtain it, and a valid Malaysian driving licence with own

• Able to read construction drawings and material specifications.
• Detail-oriented with good reporting and coordination skills.
• Valid CIDB Construction Personnel Registration, or willingness to obtain it when required.
• Valid Malaysian driving licence and own transport.
• Mainly required to travel to different project sites based on project locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections based on approved drawings, material specifications and company quality standards.
• Prepare inspection reports, photographic records, defect lists and rectification follow-up reports.
• Coordinate with contractors and the site team to close defects before handover.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and support pre-handover inspections.
