Job summary

Talent Recruit represents a well-established manufacturing company that produces metal joining materials for various industrial sectors. The role focuses on ensuring quality through rigorous QC systems and data review to meet chemical composition standards.

You will calibrate and coordinate with external bodies, manage ISO/QMS requirements, train staff, produce SPC and Cp reports, and support internal and customer audits. Monday–Friday, on-site in Malaysia; English, Malay, and Mandarin preferred.

Qualifications

• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Job description

We are representing a well-established manufacturing company that produces metal joining materials for various industrial sectors. The company operates a quality-driven production facility and is known for delivering reliable, high-performance products.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all QC systems and procedures are effectively implemented.


• Review and approve inspection documents and data sheet reports to ensure product quality meets required chemical composition standards.


• Coordinate with external bodies for all calibration activities, including scheduling, conducting, reporting, and updating calibration records.


• Manage ISO-related requirements under the Quality Management System (QMS) and participate in relevant monthly meetings (QMS, EMS, S&P).


• Plan QC staff work schedules and provide training for both new and existing team members.


• Prepare routine QC reports such as SPC charts, Monthly Cp Graphs, Finished Goods Summary Reports, GR&R, and other required documents.


• Support internal and external QMS & EMS audits as well as customer audits, including preparing audit checklists.


• Perform any other tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements

• Degreein Chemistry or related field is preferred.


• Proficient in English, Malay and Chinese (Mandarin)

Working hours and days

Mondays - Fridays (8:00am - 5:15pm); 1st week Saturday (8:00am - 3:30pm)
