Job summary

Ecosense Environmental Technology Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a detail-oriented QC Executive to join our Quality Control team in Malaysia. You will monitor and analyze quality data, support investigations, conduct product testing, and maintain quality records.

You will collaborate with Production, Purchasing and R&D, handle customer complaints, support audits, and ensure calibration status of measuring equipment is up to date.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Food Science, Manufacturing, Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in QC/QA or a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, Malay and English; Mandarin preferred for client communication.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, reporting, documentation and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow up on issues independently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Job description
