MENICON MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a Quality Control professional responsible for maintaining the quality control plan and overseeing inspections of incoming materials, in-process and final products to ensure adherence to established standards.

The role involves developing inspection methods, participating in process validation, and driving continuous improvement with cross-functional teams. English proficiency is required, with Bahasa Malaysia advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing; fresh graduates welcome.
• Familiar with QC inspection activities and documenting quality reports.
• Proficient in English; Bahasa Malaysia or other languages advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Maintain quality control plan and monitor inspections and testing of materials and products.
• Lead incoming, in-process and final product inspections and lot releases.
• Develop inspection, testing, sampling and training methods.
• Engage in process and quality improvement activities across cross-functional teams.
• Manage CAPA including investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Track quality performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate audits and inspections to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Perform ongoing quality evaluations and trend analyses.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Description du poste

Keeps responsible for maintaining quality control plan. Oversees and monitors the inspection and testing the incoming materials, in-process and final products to ensure adherence to established quality standards. Support manufacturing process validation and process improvement studies.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for incoming, in-process, final product inspection and lot release.

Develop methods for inspection, testing, sampling and training.

Be involved in process and quality improvement activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturing processes and products meet quality and regulatory requirements.

Manage non-conformance processes, including investigation, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive methods (CAPA).

Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, identifying trends and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Coordinate regular audit and inspection to assure compliance to all applicable requirements.

Perform continuous quality control evaluation and trend analysis on product quality issue.

Perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate superior.

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering (or any relevant discipline).

Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing field. Fresh graduate with responsible attitude are welcome to apply.

Familiar with QC inspection activities, proficiency in documentation tools and quality engineering report.

English is a must. Bahasa Malaysia and others will be an added advantage.
