Job summary

Talent Recruit represents a well-established manufacturing company that produces metal joining materials for various industrial sectors. The role focuses on ensuring quality through rigorous QC systems and data review to meet chemical composition standards.

You will calibrate and coordinate with external bodies, manage ISO/QMS requirements, train staff, produce SPC and Cp reports, and support internal and customer audits. Monday–Friday, on-site in Malaysia; English, Malay, and Mandarin preferred.

Qualifications

• Implement QC systems and procedures.
• Review inspection documents to ensure quality.
• Coordinate calibration activities with external bodies.
• Manage ISO/QMS requirements and participate in monthly meetings.
• Plan QC staff schedules and provide training.
• Prepare routine QC reports (SPC charts, Cp graphs, GR&R).
• Support audits (QMS, EMS, customer audits) and prepare checklists.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
