Job summary

Spritzer Bhd in Shah Alam seeks a Quality Assurance Officer to maintain QA documents, records, specifications and the EDMS, ensuring proper filing, retention and easy retrieval. Qualifications

• Maintain QA documents, records, specifications, document registers and the EDMS.
• Compile QA operational data, quality objectives, KPI results and trend analyses.
• Prepare routine reports and management updates.
• Maintain customer complaint, non-conformance and corrective action records.
• Follow up assigned actions and update closure status.
• Prepare documents and objective evidence for internal, external, customer and certification audits.
• Track findings and maintain compliance records.
• Coordinate sample submissions, testing schedules and calibration activities.
• Maintain test reports, calibration records and related certificates.
• Maintain training records and matrices.
• Coordinate training arrangements, prepare meeting minutes and monitor assigned action items.
• Maintain the QA Master Plan and scheduled activities.
• Escalate overdue or incomplete activities to the immediate superior.
• Support QA improvement projects and other assigned duties.
• Comply with quality, food safety, GMP and occupational safety requirements, including PPE use.

Job description

Maintain QA documents, records, specifications, document registers and the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS). Ensure proper filing, retention and retrieval.

Quality Data and Reporting

Compile QA operational data, quality objectives, KPI results and trend analyses. Prepare routine reports and management updates.

Complaints and CAPA Support

Maintain customer complaint, non-conformance and corrective action records. Follow up assigned actions and update closure status.

Audit and Compliance Support

Prepare documents and objective evidence for internal, external, customer and certification audits. Track findings and maintain compliance records.

Laboratory and Calibration Coordination

Coordinate sample submissions, testing schedules and calibration activities. Maintain test reports, calibration records and related certificates.

Training and Meeting Support

Maintain training records and matrices. Coordinate training arrangements, prepare meeting minutes and monitor assigned action items.

QA Planning and Administration

Maintain the QA Master Plan and scheduled activities. Escalate overdue or incomplete activities to the immediate superior.

General and Safety Duties

Support QA improvement projects and other assigned duties. Comply with quality, food safety, GMP and occupational safety requirements, including PPE use.
