Job summary

Spritzer Group in Malaysia is seeking a Production Executive to improve OEE and coordinate with QA/Engineering on equipment and quality issues. You will analyze losses, enhance productivity, and implement training programs for production staff.

The role requires a degree in mechanical/electrical/automation engineering and at least 1 year in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Occasional reporting to management is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in fast-paced manufacturing.
• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Automation or related field.
• Good knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting, plus scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) focusing on availability, performance and quality.
• Identify operational losses, improve productivity and reduce production costs.
• Troubleshoot machinery issues or breakdowns.
• Review production documentation to ensure suitability and effectiveness.
• Coordinate with QA/Engineering on quality or machinery issues to ensure good product deliverables.
• Set up training programs to ensure competency of production personnel.
• Prepare weekly/monthly management reports.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

Job description

Analyze and improve on overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) in terms of availability, performance and quality factor.

Identify operational losses, improve the productivity and reduce the cost of overall production operations.

To carry out troubleshooting in machinery issue or breakdown.

Review production documentation or procedure periodically to ensure its suitability and effectiveness.

To coordinate with QA/Engineering dept on quality or machinery performance issue to ensure effective operation control and good quality product deliver to customer.

Set up training program to ensure competency of production personnel.

To prepare weekly/monthly report for management review.

To involve in ad-hoc project/task assigned by superior.

Job Requirement

Minimum Bachelor/Degree in Mechanical / Electrical/Automation/any related engineering field.

Minimum 1 years relevant working experience in fast paced manufacturing.

Good knowledge in machine maintenance and troubleshooting/working schedule arrangements.
