Job summary

Spritzer Bhd in Taiping, Malaysia invites a capable supervisor to lead the processing laboratory team. You will ensure all work follows procedures to meet production and quality requirements, review records for accurate data capture, and initiate corrective actions when nonconformities arise.

You will identify continuous improvement training needs, participate in documentation audits for the processing department, and support ad-hoc projects assigned by your superior.

Qualifications

• Supervise a group of processing lab analysts to ensure work follows procedures for production and quality requirements.
• Review records to ensure accurate data capture for continual improvement analysis.
• Initiate corrective actions when nonconformities are identified to keep downstream work compliant.
• Identify and organize continuous improvement training to uplift junior staff performance.
• Attend documentation audits for the processing department and follow up on audit findings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the processing lab team and ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Monitor and review production records for accuracy and compliance.
• Drive corrective actions and track effectiveness of improvements.
• Coordinate training needs and support ad-hoc projects from superiors.

• Have experience in Processing Water is preferred.
• Willing to work shift and 6 days.
• To supervise a group of processing lab analyst to ensure that all work done is according to procedures to meet production and quality requirement.
• To check or review records and to ensure accurate recording being capture for continue improvement analysis.
• To initiate corrective actions when nonconformity is identified to make sure down line working according to procedure and meet requirement.
• To identify continue improvement training needed to ensure lower level able to perform well on the job being assigned.
• To attend documentation audit for processing department and follow up all the findings raised by auditor during audit.
• To involve in ad-hoc project/task assigned by superior.
