Job summary

SPRITZER Group in Taiping, Perak is seeking a production line operator to load, monitor and operate bottling and packaging equipment, ensure proper labels and codes, and maintain quality records. The role includes assisting in preventive maintenance and working a shift-based production environment.

The candidate should have at least a SPM qualification and one year of manufacturing experience, be physically fit, and willing to work in Taiping.

Qualifications

• SPM qualification or equivalent (minimum)
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Physically fit and in good health for production line work

Responsibilities

• Load and unload bottles/cups into boxes or conveyor with correct label placement
• Monitor machine parameters, operate blowing machines and prepare preforms
• Assist in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
• Operate rinsing, filling, washing and capping machines
• Ensure products meet quality standards and record defects
• Ensure bottle coding and carton coding are correct
• Operate wrapping machine according to settings
• Pack products according to schedule with correct carton size, brand, and quantity
• Record and verify all packing and coding activities

Education

SPM qualification or equivalent

Job description

Load and unload the bottles/cups into box or conveyor, ensure that labels are correctly positioned.

Monitor and record machine parameters, operate blowing machines and prepare preforms.

To assist in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

Operating rinsing, filling, washing and capping machines.

Ensure that the products meet quality standards and record defected amount.

To ensure bottle coding is correct and functioning.

Operate wrapping machine according to required settings.

Pack products according to schedule, correct carton size, brand and required quantity.

To ensure carton coder is functioning properly.

To operate equipment and ensure syrup preparation is run according to procedure.

Job Requirement

Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent and above.

At least 1 year of working experience in a manufacturing environment.

Physically fit and in good health condition to perform at production line.

Willing to work in Taiping, Perak.
