Job summary

Global Premium Resources Sdn Bhd is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to monitor production processes and ensure products meet quality standards. The role encompasses inspections of materials, products, and packaging, plus maintaining QA records and ensuring compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations.

The successful candidate will monitor hygiene practices, assist with customer complaints, conduct sampling, and support audits, testing, and new product development as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process products and finished goods.
• Ensure product packaging, labelling and coding comply with company requirements.
• Maintain QA records, inspection reports, COA and other quality documents.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP and food safety regulations.
• Monitor hygiene and sanitation practices in the production area.
• Assist in handling customer complaints and product quality issues.
• Conduct product sampling and maintain traceability records.
• Report quality issues and follow up on corrective actions.
• Assist in internal audits and food safety inspections.
• Support product testing, trials and new product development when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.
