Job summary

S&P Industries Sdn Bhd seeks an experienced QA Manager to lead our Quality Assurance and Food Safety functions at our Perak facility. The role ensures products meet food safety, quality, regulatory and customer requirements.

You will lead QA/QC, manage audits, labs, product quality issues and complaints, while driving continuous improvement across the factory. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in QA in food manufacturing, with 2+ years in management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry or related discipline.
• Minimum five years in quality assurance in food manufacturing, with at least two years in a managerial role.
• Experience in dairy production and aseptic manufacturing is valued.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, Halal and food-safety regulations.
• Experience in quality management systems, audits, regulatory compliance, supplier quality and customer-complaint investigations.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to lead the QA team and collaborate with Production, R&D and other departments.
