Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks an experienced QA Manager to lead our QA/QC and Food Safety functions at our Perak manufacturing facility. You will ensure all products meet food safety, quality, regulatory and customer requirements while guiding audits and laboratory activities.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and at least five years of QA experience in food manufacturing, with two years in management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in food technology, food science, microbiology, chemistry or a related discipline.
• Minimum five years in QA within food manufacturing, including at least two years in a managerial role.
• Experience in dairy production and aseptic manufacturing valued.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, Halal and food-safety regulations.
• Experience in quality management systems, audits, regulatory compliance, supplier quality and customer-complaint investigations.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to lead the QA team and collaborate with Production, R&D and other departments.
