Responsibilities

• Conduct routine line checks and sensory evaluations to ensure product consistency.

• Lead internal quality audits and assist with external inspections.
• Identify and document non-conforming products, implementing effective CAPA.
• Investigate customer complaints and report strategies for resolution.
• Monitor hygiene and sanitation across the manufacturing plant.

Responsibilities

• In-Process & Finished Goods Monitoring: Conduct routine line checks, sensory evaluations, and physical/chemical testing during and after production to guarantee product consistency.
• Compliance & Certification Management: Maintain, update, and enforce daily compliance with HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and Halal standards across the facility.
• Audit Readiness & Support: Lead internal quality audits and actively assist in preparing the facility for external inspections by regulatory authorities and third‑party auditors.
• Non‑Conformance & CAPA Management: Identify, document, and isolate non‑conforming products or processes, conducting root‑cause analyses to implement effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Customer Complaint Investigation: Investigate customer quality complaints promptly, coordinate technical findings, and report resolution strategies to the management team.
• Hygiene & Sanitation Oversight: Monitor plant‑wide hygiene, equipment sanitation schedules, and pest control programs to ensure a pristine manufacturing environment.
