Job summary

QL AGROVENTURES SDN BHD in Inanam, Sabah, Malaysia, is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to monitor raw materials, conduct inspections, and support QA/QC activities. You will record results, work with production to meet SOPs, and identify defects. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with emphasis on analytical skills and teamwork.

The role offers on-site work in Inanam, with opportunities to participate in continuous improvement and calibration of QC tools within the QA/QC program.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/Certificate/Diploma in Science (Agriculture or Food Science) is advantageous.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to work in Inanam area.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Analytical and fast learner.

Responsibilities

• Monitor raw material quality during receiving and storage.
• Conduct inspections for in-process and final products according to SOPs.
• Perform sampling and testing to ensure materials and products meet standards.
• Document and update inspection results in reports and quality logs.
• Coordinate with production to ensure SOP compliance and quality specs.
• Identify and report defects or non-conformities in production.
• Assist with calibration and maintenance of QC tools.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Carry out tasks related to QAQC program as assigned.

Job description

1. Monitor raw material quality during receiving and storage.

5. Coordinate with the production team to ensure processes follow SOPs and meet quality specifications.

6. Identify and report any defects or non-conformities in production.

7. Assist with calibration and maintenance of QC tools.

8. Participate in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

9. Carry out any tasks related to QAQC Program that assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements :

a. Qualification: SPM/Certificate/Diploma Science in Agriculture/FoodScience is advantage

b. Fresh graduate or with a working experience in a same field of work is highly encourage to apply.

c. Applicant must be willing to work at Inanam Area.
