Jora Malaysia is seeking a QC/QA Inspector to coordinate and monitor quality control activities for manufactured products and ensure KPI achievement. Candidates with 1–2 years in QC/QA in manufacturing and at least SPM/Certificate/Diploma in related fields are invited to apply; you will inspect materials, control processes, and support ISO/OHS implementations on the factory floor.
You will prepare inspection reports, maintain quality records, and assist calibration.

Basic Wage : RM1,800 – RM2,500 per month
Working Hours : Monday to Friday (08.00am until 05.30pm) + Saturday (08.00am until 12.00pm)

Job Descriptions:
Coordinating and monitoring Quality Control activities for manufactured products to achieve KPIs.
Conducting quality inspection on incoming materials, in-process quality controls and outgoing products.
Controlling and Issuing QC Packing Lists for packing process.
Assisting Store on quantitative checking of received materials / goods against Delivery Order (DO).
Participating on Training and Re-training of distributors.
Assisting Assistant Manager / HOD to maintain calibration of equipment.
Adhere and support on the implementation of ISO, Occupational, Health and Safety (OHS) system.
Updating Incoming, IPQC and Outgoing Reject Rate and Quality-related Reports for monthly reporting.
Assisting Assistant Manager / HOD in attending to quality-related complaints / enquiries.
Execute risk and opportunity, aspect and impact in Quality, Environment & Safety.
Any other jobs that being assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Control, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in QC/QA inspection, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Good attention to detail with the ability to identify defects and quality issues.
Basic knowledge of quality control procedures and documentation.
Able to prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate quality records.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willing to work on the production floor and support production requirements.
Able to work independently, responsibly, and follow established quality procedures.
