Job summary

Chin Yuan Metal Pte Ltd & M Stud Industries Sdn Bhd in Ulu Tiram is seeking a detail-oriented QC/QA professional to perform inspections across materials, WIP and finished products. You will prepare test reports, identify non-conformities, and support audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.

The role requires at least 1 year of QC/QA experience, SPm/Form 5 qualification, and basic English communication for quality documentation and coordination with internal

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), or a related manufacturing environment.
• Minimum SPM / Form 5 qualification or equivalent.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to communicate in basic English, both spoken and written, for quality documentation and coordination with internal teams, customers and overseas counterparts.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and a high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform chemical, mechanical, dimensional, and visual inspections and testing to ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Conduct inspections on incoming materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished products.
• Prepare and maintain accurate inspection records, test reports, and other quality-related documentation.
• Identify, report, and follow up on non-conforming materials, products, or processes to ensure timely resolution.
• Support customer witness inspections, quality audits, and product verification activities when required.
• Ensure compliance with the Company's Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Occupational Health & Safety Management System (OHSMS).
• Adhere to company procedures, customer requirements, ISO standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Perform any other duties or ad hoc assignments as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
