Job summary

AV Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a skilled analyst to support analytical method validation, process validations, and related SOP development in our Malaysia facility.

The role includes QC testing of raw materials, dissolution profiles, and finished products, along with upkeep and troubleshooting of laboratory instruments. You will participate in OOS/OOT investigations, audits, and compliance activities with DOE/NIOSH guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience with analytical method validation and related SOPs.
• QA/QC testing of raw materials, stability, dissolution, and finished products.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical method validation, process, and cleaning validations with SOPs and protocols.
• Perform QC testing of incoming materials, stability samples, dissolution profiles, and finished products.
• Responsible for upkeep and troubleshooting of laboratory instruments and in-house verifications.
• Handle OOS and OOT investigations, assist with internal audits, product complaints, recalls, and registrations.
• Manage chemical safety and scheduled waste disposal in compliance with DOE and NIOSH guidelines.

Perform QC testing of incoming raw materials, stability samples, dissolution profiles, and finished products

Handle Out of Specification (OOS) and Out of Trend (OOT) investigations, assist with internal audits, product complaints, recalls, and registration
