Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a dedicated lab technician to prepare samples, perform testing, and support chemists in product development and quality assurance.

You will monitor stability and packaging compatibility, assist in investigations of product complaints and recalls, manage lab stock, maintain GMP/ISO compliance, and perform routine data entry and housekeeping tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all samples required by Chemist and perform laboratory testing using various types of laboratory equipment.
• Monitor stability and packaging compatibility test for the new formulation.
• Monitor stability test on substitution of raw material (Raw material evaluation).
• Assist Chemist in an investigation of Product Complaints and the Product Recall process.
• Stock control for apparatus/reagents in the lab.
• Laboratory housekeeping.
• Data entry into the lab data system.
• Actively participate in GMP & ISO-related activities.
• Undertake any other assignments related to your scope of work mentioned above as directed by management.
