Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science or related field.
• Hands-on experience with HPLC and manual titration.
• Familiar with analytical testing, validation and GMP/regulatory requirements.
• Detail-oriented, organized and comfortable following SOPs.
• Reliable team player with good documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute analytical method validation per VMP, SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Perform sampling and testing for cleaning validation; support process validation.
• Support QC analysis of finished products and stability studies.
• Conduct testing and inspection on intermediates, bulk and finished products.
• Verify and calibrate lab equipment; record daily results.
• Maintain lab housekeeping, stock, retained samples and records.

Join our Quality Control team with a focus on validation and finished product testing. You'll play a key role in ensuring our products meet specifications through analytical method validation, cleaning and process validation, and QC testing.

What you'll do

• Execute analytical method validation in line with the VMP, SOPs and regulatory requirements, and prepare test protocols, results and reports
• Perform sampling and testing for cleaning validation, and support process validation
• Support QC analysis of finished products and stability studies, including sampling, testing and reporting
• Conduct testing and inspection on intermediate, bulk and finished products to ensure they meet specifications
• Verify and calibrate lab equipment, with daily recording and reporting
• Maintain lab housekeeping, chemical/consumable stock, retained samples and records

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science or a related field
• Hands-on experience with HPLC and manual titration
