Job summary

Toyochem Specialty Chemical Sdn Bhd in Seremban invites applications for a QAQC Executive / Manager to lead the Technical Department, ensure quality systems, and drive continuous improvement. The role focuses on ISO compliance, supplier/material controls, and cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal candidates hold CQE/CQM certifications with 3–5 years QA/QC experience and at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity within the chemical industry.

Qualifications

• CQE and/or CQM certification is preferred.
• 3–5 years of QA/QC experience required.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in chemical manufacturing is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of Technical Department.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards.
• Source and manage raw materials.
• Ensure ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 compliance in all processes.
• Handle customer service or complaints when required.
• Provide technical service as needed.
• Prepare Monthly Technical Reports and HOD Reports.
• Attend Sales & Technical meetings and address customer requests.

We have full-time openings in Seremban where you’ll play a key role in helping us grow and succeed.

What you'll be doing

• Overseas daily operation of Technical Department.
• Working in co-operation with other departments.
• Sourcing of raw materials.
• Ensuring the process activities in Technical Department comply to ISO 9000 and ISO 14000.
• To attend to any customer service or customer complaint when required.
• To provide Technical Service when required.
• Preparing Monthly Technical Report.
• Preparing HOD Report.
• Attending various meeting, such as Sales & Technical Meeting.
• Ensuring customer request and compliance being responded.
• To identify and review Risk & Opportunity Register yearly and to ensure that all proposed counter measure is taken effectively.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) / Certified Quality Manager (CQM)
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant QA/QC experience.
• At least 2 years in supervisory role.
• Experience in your chemical manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
