Job summary

Tosoh Advanced Materials – Kemaman, Terengganu is seeking a QA/HSE professional to support and manage the database of product quality assurance analyses and to uphold the company’s quality standards. You will act as a focal person for QA-related issues, handle NCRs with suppliers and customers, assist internal and external audits, and contribute to 5S activities with the GM, QA and HSE Manager.

Responsibilities

• Maintain database of product quality assurance analysis and support QA of products.
• Act as focal person for QA-related issues and provide solutions.
• Manage supplier and customer NCRs, problem analysis and internal QA problem-solving.
• Support internal and external QA audits by customers, ISO certification bodies, etc.
• Assist with 5S activities and coordinate with QA and HSE leaders.

To support and manage database of product quality assurance analysis and support the quality assurance of the product.

Motivates employees and conducts internal quality assurance activities to ensure that company quality assurance standard are met.

Manage database of product quality assurance analysis and support the quality assurance of product.

Act as focal person and provide solutions for all company quality assurance-related issues within the company.

Manage supplier and customer NCR, problem analysis, and internal quality assurance problem-solving.

To support internal quality assurance audits and external quality assurance audits to suppliers.

To support external audits by customers, ISO certification bodies etc.

Maintain company rules and objectives relevant to Quality Control matters.

Manage database of product quality assurance analysis and support the quality assurance of product.

Keep up on relevant laws and provide necessary information to relevant sections/ departments.

Handle customers' requirements and complaints.

To support QA and HSE leading the company's 5S activities.

Support GM, QA and HSE Manager on QA and HSE related matters.

Any others QA and HSE tasks as deemed required by the Management from time to time and needs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

Must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ Chemical Engineering/ Chemistry/ Environmental Science/ HSE or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years experiences to relevant working experience in the related field.
