Job summary

Toyochem Specialty Chemical Sdn Bhd in Seremban invites a QAQC Executive/Manager to lead the Technical Department's QA/QC functions, ensuring ISO 9001/14001 compliance and continuous process improvement. You will oversee daily operations, collaborate with other departments, and respond to customer inquiries and complaints.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Engineering or Quality Management, with CQE or CQM certification, 3–5 years of QA/QC experience and at least 2 years in supervision,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or quality management is required.
• CQE/CQM certification is preferred.
• 3–5 years of QA/QC experience with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Experience in chemical manufacturing is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of Technical Department.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure QA/QC alignment.
• Source and verify raw materials.
• Ensure ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 compliance in process activities.
• Attend customer service needs or complaints when required.
• Provide technical service when required.
• Prepare Monthly Technical Report and HOD Report.
• Attend Sales & Technical meetings and review risks and opportunities.

We have full-time openings in Seremban where you’ll play a key role in helping us grow and succeed.

What you'll be doing

Overseas daily operation of Technical Department.

Working in co-operation with other departments.

Sourcing of raw materials.

Ensuring the process activities in Technical Department comply to ISO 9000 and ISO 14000.

To attend to any customer service or customer complaint when required.

To provide Technical Service when required.

Preparing Monthly Technical Report.

Preparing HOD Report.

Attending various meeting, such as Sales & Technical Meeting.

Ensuring customer request and compliance being responded.

To identify and review Risk & Opportunity Register yearly and to ensure that all proposed counter measure is taken effectively.

What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.

Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) / Certified Quality Manager (CQM)

Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant QA/QC experience.

At least 2 years in supervisory role.

Experience in your chemical manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
