Greatech Integration (M) Sdn Bhd in Batu Kawan, Penang, is hiring a Training & QA Compliance Coordinator. You will lead Mechanical and Software Orientation Programs, prepare training materials, and coordinate a yearly QA skills analysis for staff.

You will assist Quality and Section Managers, collect data for weekly QA forums, and work with other departments to implement controls that meet ISO standards and safety practices.

Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronic/Manufacturing or equivalent years of related experience.
2–5 years hands-on quality assurance experience in fabrication on Metal Works and CNC Machining.
Independent worker who communicates well with process owners and internal customers.
Understanding of metal work, CNC processes, drawing, tolerance and inspection operations.
Ability to collect and analyze data and develop improvement plans; training needs analysis skills.
Good communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Conductor of Mechanical and Software Orientation Programs and New Join Employee Orientation (QA).
Prepare and review training materials; update content regularly.
Coordinate annual training needs analysis and compile skill matrices.
Assist Quality/Section Managers and QA Engineers with data collection for weekly forums.
Collaborate with departments to develop and implement process controls and improvements.
Adhere to ISO standards and safety guidelines; conduct general QMS training.
Deliver training to employees at different levels with clear communication.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job description

1. Training & Orientation Program Conductor

- Mechanical Orientation Program's training

- Software Orientation Program's training

- New Join Employee Orientation(QA section)

- Process Overview(QA section)

2. Training & Orientation Program Management

- Training material preparation

- Training material review & update

3. Training Needs Analysis Coordinator

- Coordinate team to conduct annual training needs analysis

- Compile all skill matrix, analyze & identify training needed for particular QA staff

- Propose internal/external training needed

4. Assist Quality Manager, Section Manager & other QA Engineer in

- Quality data collection for the weekly CNC & MW Quality Forum

- Collaboration with other departments to develop and implement controls and improvements

5. Other duties and assignment as instructed by the supervisor from time to time.

6. To comply with all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company.

7. Conduct general QMS training across the plant to enhance employees' understanding and awareness of quality management systems.

8. Good understanding of QMS and quality-related concepts, with the ability to effectively communicate and deliver training to employees at different levels.

Requirements

1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronic/Manufacturing or equivalent years of related experience.

2. Minimum of >2-5 years working experience in hands‑on quality assurance of fabrication on Metal Works and CNC Machining.

3. Work independently & communicate well with process owner & internal customer. Involvement in continuous improvement projects.

4. Basic understanding on Metal Work and CNC machining process, drawing, tolerance & inspection operation(IQA, IPQA & OQA).

5. Able to operate basic in‑house measuring instruments such as caliper, micrometer & gauges.

6. Capable to collect & analyze data then establish improvement plan. Training needs analysis skill.
