Job summary

Greatech Integration (M) Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking a CNC Machinist to maintain and operate our precision milling operations. You will perform preventive maintenance according to plan, inspect product quality, document work in MES, and ensure 5S and safety practices.

The ideal candidate holds a Certificate/Diploma in Machining/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering with 2–5 years of machining experience and is able to operate CNC milling with Fanuc controllers and read basic G & M codes.

Qualifications

• Certificate/Diploma in Machining/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent years of related experience.
• Minimum 2-5 years working experience in machining.
• Able to operate CNC Milling with Fanuc Controller.
• Capable to write and understanding of basic G & M code of the machine.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance according to plan
• Inspect product and inform Leader / Superior on product quality issues
• Fill up the production document accurately and MES system timely and clearly
• Ensure production safety & 5S is carried out and maintained
• Execute the job with minimum guidance
• Interpret the production capacity to determine the urgency of the job
• Comply with all ISO requirements and adhere to SOPs, work instructions, policies and guidelines.
