Job summary

JATI Tinggi is seeking an experienced QA/QC professional to oversee quality assurance for high-voltage electrical infrastructure projects in Kuala Lumpur. You will prepare and implement PQP, ITP and method statements, ensuring materials and workmanship meet project specs and client requirements.

The role requires at least five years in QA/QC for 11kV/33kV projects, familiarity with testing and commissioning, and the ability to work in fast-tracked environments with travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in QA/QC for 11kV/33kV electrical infrastructure projects.
• Experience in cable installation, jointing, termination and substation works.
• Familiar with ITP, Method Statement, FAT, SAT and Testing & Commissioning.
• Good knowledge of TNB standards and private industrial projects is an advantage.
• Able to work under fast-track project environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inspections with Client, Consultant and third-party inspectors.

• Monitor NCR (Non-Conformance Report), corrective actions and close-out.
• Ensure testing and commissioning documents are complete prior to handover.
• Maintain quality records and project document filing.
• Support project team during client inspections and final acceptance.
