Job summary

Wilmar Greenfarm Food Industries Sdn Bhd, a member of Wilmar International Group, is hiring a QA Executive for an on-site role in Pontian. The role requires a Diploma/Bachelor’s in Food Science & Technology or related field and at least one year in quality system management.

Key responsibilities include implementing and maintaining the QMS per ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, HACCP and GMP, conducting internal audits, supporting external audits, and managing QMS documentation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and maintaining the QMS per ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, HACCP, and GMP.
• Conduct internal audits and verify corrective actions.
• Support external audits and surveillance recertification.
• Manage QMS documentation, including updates and archiving.
• Act as secretary for Management Review Meetings and prepare reports.
• Perform routine quality tasks and assist procurement/support.
• Coordinate customer questionnaires and audit reports.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and departmental goals.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a QA Executive at Wilmar Greenfarm Food Industries Sdn Bhd (A Member of Wilmar International Group of Companies) in Pontian.

Requirements

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Food Science & Technology or a related field.

Minimum 1 years of experience in quality system management, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP standards and pest control.

Solid background in quality assurance practices specific to the food industry.

Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset.

Job Responsibilities

Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, HACCP, and GMP standards.

Conduct internal audits, prepare audit reports, and verify corrective actions.

Support external audits, including system recertification and surveillance audits.

Manage QMS documentation, including control of document updates, distribution, and archiving (e-DMS).

Act as secretary for Management Review Meetings (MRM), including preparation of reports, minutes, and coordination with stakeholders.

Perform routine quality-related tasks such as procurement support, record maintenance, and team backup.

Compile and coordinate customer questionnaires and audit reports.

Carry out other duties as assigned to support continuous improvement and departmental goals.
