Job summary

Action Industries (M) Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Quality Assurance Engineer to monitor product quality and ensure it meets customer requirements at our Penang facility.

You will address quality issues, perform root-cause analysis, maintain quality documentation, and collaborate with Production to drive quality improvements. Knowledge of ISO/IATF 16949 is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of QA or manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of quality tools (8D, FMEA, SPC).
• Familiarity with ISO / IATF 16949 requirements.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
