Job summary

INNOValues Precision Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Quality professional to manage quality issues and drive corrective actions for our manufacturing operations in Malaysia. The role involves liaising with customers, coordinating containment, and supporting internal teams to resolve root causes.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quality Management and at least 2 years in Customer Quality or QA within manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Quality or Quality Assurance in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and problem-solving tools (8D, FMEA, APQP, SPC, MSA).
• Strong communication skills and English language proficiency. Mandarin is an added advantage.

Job description

Handle customer quality issues, complaints, and corrective actions (8D, CAPA).

Liaise with customers on quality matters and provide timely responses.

Coordinate containment actions and root cause analysis with internal departments.

Monitor customer quality performance and drive improvement initiatives.

Participate in customer audits and support external quality audits.

Prepare quality reports, presentations, and customer documentation.

Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements, IATF 16949, and ISO standards.

Job Requirement:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Quality or Quality Assurance within the manufacturing industry.

Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, 8D, FMEA, APQP, SPC, MSA, and Root Cause Analysis tools.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Good command of English.

Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage to facilitate communication with Mandarin-speaking customers.

Experience in the automotive or precision machining industry is an advantage.
