Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks a Project QAQC Executive to manage quality assurance and quality control activities across the project life cycle, ensuring compliance with customer specifications, standards and inspection requirements.

You will coordinate inspections, manage quality documentation, support FAT, and drive corrective and preventive actions with cross‑functional teams to achieve customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in engineering (related field).
• 3–5 years of QA engineering experience in industrial equipment manufacturing or EPC projects.
• Experience in incoming, in-process and outgoing inspection.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in QC tools like 7QC and RCA.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Own project quality deliverables, customer submittal documentation, and quality compliance.
• Review customer project specifications and prepare ITPs and reports.
• Collaborate with QC and PM teams on inspection requirements and scheduling.
• Coordinate FAT reviews with customers and R&D; demonstrate inspection checkpoints for FAT acceptance.
• Log quality issues and drive root-cause analysis with vendors to close corrective actions.
• Travel to sites for installation checks and liaise with factory on findings.

Job description

The Project QAQC Executive is responsible for managing project quality assurance and quality control activities throughout the project lifecycle. The role ensures compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, and inspection requirements by coordinating inspections, managing quality documentation, supporting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), and driving corrective and preventive actions with cross-functional teams to achieve customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Own project specific quality deliverables, customer submittal documentation, and quality compliance.

Review customer project specification and prepare project specific Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and reports

Work together with QC team on project specific inspection requirement and identify potential quality issues and non-compliance from incoming, in-process, assembly, till outgoing delivery stage.

Collaborate with PM team on project quality documentation, ITP, schedule deliverables versus inspection planning, specification details, on quality related items.

Compile and update inspection finding report for corrective action from production source for correction and preventive action during FAT stage.

Coordinate and execute FAT reviews with customers and R&D, demonstrating key visual and mechanical inspection check points to achieve official FAT acceptance.

Conduct initial site installation visits to resolve quality feedback regarding parts and module assembly, liaising with the factory on all findings to determine effective solutions

Coordinate with vendors on the timely submission and compilation of ITP reports, inspection records, and final project quality documentation

Log quality issues into the master list, and work with vendors and production to complete root cause analysis and close out corrective actions

Coordinate and schedule project quality inspections with the QC team in accordance with client ITP milestones

Work with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues

To undertake any assigned tasks or projects from time to time

Job Requirements:

Candidate must process educational qualification in Degree in Engineering related field

Minimum 3-5 years of QA engineering experience in industrial equipment manufacturing or EPC projects, with proven skills in site quality coordination, client interface, and project QA management (experience with Data Center clients is an advantage)

Possess experience in incoming, in process and outgoing inspection.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiar with quality control tools, such as 7QC, root cause analysis etc.

Proficiency in Quality Management System, familiar with ISO9001:2015

Excellent professional technical writing and communication skills for direct client

Possesses a keen sense of quality control and assurance

Fluency in English, Bahasa, and Mandarin
