Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to monitor and improve manufacturing quality. You will investigate defects, perform RCA, implement CAPA, and prepare NCR/8D reports while collaborating with Production, Engineering and Maintenance to resolve issues.

The role involves analyzing quality data, supporting audits, and driving continuous improvement to reduce defects and enhance process stability.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing QA role.
• Knowledge of 8D, RCA, CAPA processes.
• Familiarity with SOPs, work instructions and quality records.

Responsibilities

• Support and monitor QA activities throughout the manufacturing process.
• Monitor production to ensure compliance with quality standards and work instructions.
• Investigate quality issues and perform RCA.
• Assist in implementing CAPA.
• Prepare NCR/CAR/8D reports and follow-up.
• Analyze quality data and defect trends to identify improvements.

Job description

Support and monitor Quality Assurance activities throughout the manufacturing process

Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications and work instructions

Support IQC, IPQC and OQC activities to ensure product quality requirements are achieved

Investigate product and process quality issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

Prepare and follow up on NCR, CAR, 8D reports and other quality-related issues

Analyze quality data, defect trends and process performance to identify areas for improvement

Work closely with Production, Engineering, Maintenance and other departments to resolve quality issues

Conduct or support quality improvement projects to reduce defects, improve yield and enhance process stability

Assist in the preparation, review and maintenance of SOP, Work Instruction, inspection standards and quality records

Support internal, customer and external audit activities

Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions and ensure proper follow-up

Support calibration and control of inspection and measuring equipment

Assist in establishing and maintaining quality standards and procedures

Participate in continuous improvement activities related to Quality, Productivity and Process Efficiency

Prepare quality reports, presentations and relevant documentation for management review

Perform any other quality-related duties assigned by the superior
